I would agree with starting off on the right foot by getting them done right. I would be interested in finding out how much real cards would cost.
Again I agree with Peter that there is a possiblilty that this could bother some ppl. If we are willing to take the chance it could pay off in the end.
I will try to get some time next week to design a card. We should all vote on it. I think it should be simple and straight to the point. Something like...

Side 1 - The Logo (www.OttawaPrelude.ca)
Side 2 - No Fees, No Hassles. Just Meets, Meals and Cruises

I have a stack of DSCR cards, whoever is printing the cards should have a look at them. They are done on a special wax paper with a waterproof ink. It's a great idea, they'll stand up to the elements much better.

Well I am wondering were this is going? Since the hotter weather has started there has been nothing but all gen ludes on the streets. I have missed chances on putting cards on about 6 to 10 cars. Have we all decided whether this is a good idea yet?

Peace

(x)
I have been off this week from work so I don't check the board as much (go figure). I have been spending most of my time entertaining family from Vancouver as well as getting things up on the web site.
I have your number now so I will get in touch with you for Firday or Sat.

I hope everyone is doing well. Take care....

X:

Not meaning to get off topic (I think this topic is done anyhow).

Did you ever get in touch with the guy in TO about the JDM fogs? Man, these fogs are amazing, on my way to Halifax I think I drove through almost every type of condition at night (rain, fog, snow, etc). And I played with different light configurations (low beam only, low+high, low+fogs, fogs, low+high+fogs), and I'm incredibly impressed with the light produced from the fogs, I feel a million times safer driving in the dark with them. Definitely worth the investment in my opinion. I've talked to a couple others who've had them and given bad reviews, my guess is that they never took the time to have the beams properly aligned.

pete :

yah ive gotten back to him, though he NEVER
got back to me...ive been wanting them forever,
but he said $470 and i agreed, but he still hasnt
gotten back after me emailing him and posting
and even pm'ing him several times...

oh well, ill go for other things for the time being
and hopefully get the fogs a little way down the road...
if they're still available that is...*crosses fingers

i finally found an AEM CAi from a guy off the vancouverpreludeclub board who's shipping
it down to me because he's replacing his w/ a
type s air chamber and is selling his 8mth old
CAi for about $250, so i snatched that up and i should be getting it once he gets his air chamber installed,
which is around the first week of june he estimates...

but NOT to get off topic...*LOL!
